At Impressarel, we strive to offer high-quality, unique, and creative clothing designs that our customers love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for any item that is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our support team and provide the necessary details, including a description of the issue and photos, if applicable.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible once an order has been placed and the package has entered the shipping process. As all items are prepared and dispatched based on individual customer orders, we are unable to modify, replace, or exchange products after shipment has begun.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review their order details, including size, color, and design, before completing the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Digital downloads, ready-made designs purchased for customization, and sale items marked as final cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Returns & Refund Clarification

Although refunds may be approved in eligible cases, the return of the physical package to us is not possible. All products are made and shipped based on individual customer orders, therefore returned items cannot be accepted back into our inventory.

If your refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be processed without requiring the item to be returned. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our refund policy.
